The R375X represents the evolution of Rimac technology for car mat binding, designed to offer the ability to bind even complex shapes while always ensuring maximum quality along the entire edge.
The profile reading system, combined with automatic piece rotation, allows precise processing of complex shapes. The modified sewing head structure enables the free movement of the mat during stitching.
MANUAL MAT LOADING: The operator simply loads the mat and starts the machine, which performs the binding cycle completely automatically.
AUTOMATIC SHAPE RECOGNITION: Thanks to automatic recognition, there is no need to program the machine for each mat shape.
INCREASED ROTATION SPACE: The modified sewing head, feeding system, and tape cutting new units are designed to allow the mat to pass under the sewing head granting an increased rotation space, enabling the handling of complex shapes without issues.
CONTROL PANEL: A touchscreen control panel allows simple and intuitive programming, with the possibility to store all parameters in programs that can be easily recalled when needed.
PRODUCTION: Production depends on material type, size, stitch length, shape, and operator loading speed. One operator can load up to 3 machines simultaneously.
