Easily installed on many type of lockstitch or chainstitch sewing machines, R3000 allows you to increase the productivity up to 200%.
Simple to use and program, it allows to hem the fitted sheet without stopping by inserting the elastic inside the hem only in the desired points.
The operator only has to hem the fabric and, by pressing the appropriate button, the device automatically inserts the elastic into the hem, cuts it when it reaches the desired length and prepares it for the next insertion.
The insertion of the elastic inside the hem grants an excellent quality of the finished product, and the tensioner allows to maintain the desired elastic tension constantly.
Possibility of inserting the elastic in the four corners, in the two headboards or all around the sheet (leaving a space of 15/20 cm without elastic)
