This machine allows to bind automatically quilts on 4 sides with the creation of 4 equal round corners.
Only the loading is manual, allowing the operator to control two or three machines at the same time.
The rotation of the piece with motorized arm guarantees a constant curve radius for all four corners with the possibility of adjusting the radius.
The BA2000 system mounted on the machine manages the finishing of the bind with folding inside of the tape to ensure excellent quality of the finished product.
Programming is managed through a touch screen with the possibility of storing the parameters in recipes, while the measurement of the piece is automatically recognized by the machine without the need to change any settings.
Possibility to apply one or two labels in the bind edge sewing.
The machine is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and yarn, label and ribbon presence control, with immediate alarm on the touch screen.
