PRODUCTION: About 1 min. for each disc with 4 turns of fabric on the drum. Each further turn takes about 5 sec. more.
The machine allows to realize corrugated polishing discs with different drums and clips.
It is equipped with a PLC and a TOUCH SCREEN for changing the parameters.
The automatic winding and cutting of the fabric allow to obtain a good productivity with reduced loading times by the operator.
Starting from a roll of fabric, the machine can automatically wind the fabric on the drum, cut it automatically and then insert the cut material into a metal clip forming the corrugated disk. Once the fabric has been positioned, the clip is pressed in the central area to create the ring.
It guarantees a high quality of product realization with a good flexibility.
* To achieve a better quality of the ring we recommend pressing it again once ready by using a special press.
