Thanks to a particular system of edge reading and car-mat moving, the machine allows to bind car-mats of different shapes, granting a high-quality production.
MAT MANUAL LOADING: The operator simply loads the mat manually and activate the machine that realizes the binding cycle completely in automatic unloading
MAT UNLOADING: the unloading of the mat can be done automatically in the back side of the machine with the machine model R375A or manually with the machine model R375A-SC.
CONTROL PANEL: A control panel, equipped with a touch screen, allows an easy and intuitive program management, with the possibility to memorize the parameters easily recallable on needing.
As the machine recognizes automatically the shape of the mat, it is not necessary to program the machine for each car-mat shape.
PRODUCTION:
– Standard front car-mats takes about 45/50 sec. sewing
– Standard rear car-mats takes about 35/40 sec. sewing

An operator can load till to 3 machines at the same time.
OPTIONALS:
TAPE HOT CUT SYSTEM: This optional is requested for particular type of tapes that needs to be cut with hot system to avoid unthreading.
HABRAKEN SYSTEM: This optional is used with some type of Nubuck tapes to reduce the tension on the tape and grant a well flat car mat as final result.
